Located within the town of Akron, a northeastern Colorado rural community and county seat of Washington County. Akron is located along Colorado Highway 34, east of Brush, Colorado. Properties are located on the west side of Akron near the intersection of County Rd. 41 and De Nova Drive.
Description
The properties are annexed into the town of Akron, and each parcel is flat to rolling property. Each property is located along town streets. Water taps are available for each parcel and the first 15 parcels sold will include a water tap with the purchase of a parcel. Septic systems for each home are permitted. Up to 5 large animals are permitted on each parcel. No single wide mobile homes are permitted. A minimum of 1000 square feet living space per home is required.
