Property is located southeast of Prospect Valley. Access the property from Highway 52 by going east of Prospect Valley to WCR 81, then south 5 miles to WCR 2, property is located at the southeast corner of the intersection.
From Bennett, go north on Highway 79 to 160th Avenue, then east to Headlight Mile Rd., then north ½ mile to the southwest corner of the property.
Water:
There is an irrigation well permit for the property and an existing well and pump. The condition of the pump and well is not known and has not been in operation for over 20 years. The permit is in place to use the existing well and pump or re-drill. The well permit provides for irrigating 102 acres of the 183 acres with 2.5 acre feet of water per acre.
